There is truly so much to see in southern and eastern Utah. This video showcases the incredible sites such as The Wave and Pariah Canyon. The Wave is very popular and very hard to get into as they only allow around 20 people a day into see it. As good as this video is it doesn’t give the Wave justice for how incredible it is. When you’re hiking along and finally reach it you still stand in amazement of how stunning it is. Leaves your mind wandering as you have to ask how on earth did this get formed?
Pariah Canyon as well is a fantastic place to see and is a much easier place to access and hike that the wave. This video’s a bit long, but it covers a ton of places and will make you wish you weren’t at work. This place offers all of what you’ll want to find hiking in southern Utah. It’s a shame that the Wave is so hard to get into, it became famous so fast and was beginning to get overrun, so the parks service decided to limit how many people are able to see it a day.
But the Pariah Canyon near Lake Powell is a great place to go exploring and see amazing things. If you get the chance to go there, do it.
