Have you ever seen Cedar Breaks? Cedar Breaks is a National Monument found east of Cedar City Utah on Highway 14. National Monuments are similar to National Parks but can be designated by the President of the United States without the approval of congress.

The views offer by Cedar Breaks are the definition of breathtaking. You’ll be able to see down the amphitheater down almost into Cedar City itself. In truth Cedar Breaks has a similar look to that of Bryce Canyon, although as you’ll see it quite distinct from it’s neighbor Bryce.

The wildflower festival in the springtime is one of the best times to visit Cedar Breaks. The mountain wildflowers will be in bloom everywhere, seemingly offering you ever color in the pallet.
