Located in downtown Cedar City just northeast of city hall, the 1,000-seat Heritage Center Theatre hosts a variety of performing arts events throughout the year, including the Neil Simon Festival and Orchestra of Southern Utah and Masters Singers concerts. Its annual schedule includes performances by touring groups such as the Utah Symphony, the Escher String Quartet, and the Three Irish Tenors. The theatre lies adjacent to the Festival Hall Convention Center, a 30,000 square foot venue that features a large banquet room and six conference rooms.

Fun Time Inflatables in Cedar City regularly serves as the venue for performances of the Off The Cuff improve comedy troupe every Friday and Saturday night from 10pm-Midnight. Off The Cuff specializes in shortform competition similar to “Whose Line Is It Anyway.”
