Have you had a chance to visit the famed Valley of Fire park just south of St George? The variety of colors that have been painted into the rocks at this park offer a unique look and majesty to southern Utah and northern Nevada. As you can see from this picture there are arches forming there as well which makes going to see them a must.

The Park was dedicated in 1935 and is Nevada’s oldest parks. There are 3,000 year old Indian petroglyphs that make the journey a treasure as well. You’ll love the ancient trees that are now after years have become petrified wood. The parks open year around and there are plenty of places to go camping and exploring that until your hearts content.
