| The
Bristlecone Restaurant is named for the Bristlecone
Pine Tree, nature's oldest living tree. One
of the old trees is located near Cedar Breaks
National Monument, on the Bristlecone Pine
Trail. The gnarly twisted tree is 1600 years
old & located at an elevation of 10,350
feet. We hope you enjoy our restaurant &
the bit of history behind its name. |
