Canyoneering is quickly becoming a growing sport among adventurists, those looking for something other than the paved pathway to a lookout. Those looking for “the road less traveled”. If you’ve ever wondered why it’s so appealing to so many people, then take a look at this video of some canyoneering in Robbers Roost Utah. This area is close to Hanksville and Green River.
You’ll quickly see that rappelling into places like this is surreal in the fact that so few have ever been in them. You’re wandering through canyons and on ground that a handful of people have ever been to, and that’s an amazing feeling.
