Here’s an interesting and well done video of Snow Canyon. At first you’ll watch the approach and drive up to Snow Canyon State Park, then it transitions into landscapes of the park.

At 2:40 they caught the view of Snow Canyon that I love the most and they caught it in the best light you can find.
Snow Canyon is a state park that sits right next to St George Utah and as you’ll see from this video truly offers some great views of red and white rocks. If you’re looking for a place to go for a picnic, a hike, or to go camping then this park is right up your alley.
There are a couple of look-off points, one in particular you must hike to on the Red Mountain trail, that splits off to the Snow Canyon Overlook. It’s a relatively easy trail that will delight you when you come upon the view from the ridge.
There’s also a sand dune area that’s very popular for families to go exploring in. It can be found at the southern end of the park.
The bike trail found within the park is one of my favorites in all of southern Utah as well as it winds through the red rocks and occasional lava beds. Definitely worth bringing your bikes if you’re heading this way.
